40 under 40

Big news!

Every year, Professional Remodeler conducts a national search for 40 remodeling professionals under the age of 40 who are blazing new trails in our industry.  I'm incredibly honored to share the news that, this year, I am one of those 40 people.

Every profile has a heading which was written by PR.  Mine is TJ Monahan: Ideas Man.  Might be the best thing I've ever read.  I keep asking Pancake to just start calling me that from now on - all the time... "Hey TJ Monahan: Ideas Man, can you take the trash out?" "Hey TJ Monahan: Ideas Man, dinner was delicious."  You get the idea.  Not surprisingly, she's not interested in that.  Anyway, focus on the positive, right?  40 UNDER 40!!!!
