I'm not much in to resolutions...why choose some arbitrary day of the year to start doing something good? If it's good or is something that needs to happen, start doing it today - like right now. With that in mind, let's take a look at the first phase of a remodeling project; that initial step that that gets you from the house you have now to the house you've always wanted.  Let's talk about kitchen remodeling.
Without adding space, remodeling your kitchen is probably the best way to affect how you and your family use your home. There are 3 different ways to remodel your kitchen:  Kitchen cabinets….everybody’s got ‘em. They come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and configurations. You can get full overlay, half overlay, frameless, inset, a bevy of different door styles, and about a nonillion color options (that’s a word, trust me). Today though, I want to skip the cabinet style discussion and take a look at something basic…how do you finish the top of your wall cabinets? |
